Skid: the solution for wastewater and process treatment plants
Skid are autonomous and modular systems, designed and built with specific characteristics to the individual treatment needs or available space.
The main feature of the SKIDs derives from the fact that they are assembled and tested before their arrival at the place of use.
They are easy to connect to the main plant, therefore it allows to minimize the interruptions of the pre-treatment cycles, plant shutdown, eliminate unexpected events and contain commissioning costs.
The SKID are self-supporting systems, they are often installed on support platforms, the right solution must be designed for every need or work site.
Even if completely customized, the SKID systems are equipped with standard machinery such as Screw Screen, Rotating Drum Filters, Bar Screen, and De-oiling systems and screw conveyor systems, the interaction of these "standard" systems allow to reduce the production costs.
Our R&D department is available to evaluate the feasibility and design of completely customized SKID systems, aimed at to improve ing the efficiency of the various pre-treatment processes in solid / liquid separation.

- Can be installed indoors and outdoors.
- Do not require further building masonry and fixed works, with the exception, in some cases, of concrete bed.
- As they are not "fixed" structures, they can be easily moved in the event that the plant needs to be modified, improved or expanded.
