How does the vertical screw screen work?
The conveyors screw turns inside a cylindrical tube and the waters gratings or liquid out of the basket that is cleaned by Polyamide brushes fixed in the outer screw, while the solids are dewatered, elevated and discharged.
Transport zone lenght is variable according to the individual needs, filtration basket is proposed in two versions, wedge wire screen: can filter from 0.25 to 3 mm or perforated: varies from 2mm to 10mm.
