How does the sand classifier?
In a triangular shaped hopper with pyramidal bottom, is fall inserted or pumped within the water to be treated, the sands are deposited on the bottom and a spiral screw conveys in elevation towards the discharge area.
Also this like all the machines produced by Evotech is customizable in tank size and the diameter and screw conveyor lenght or in the water inlet and outlet.
We can insert air-blowing systems, a second sand washing system or set a special bag to continuous extraction for bagging sand.

These machines offer great advantages: easy installation, don’t require construction work, take up little space, it is fully closed to prevent the smells leakage, and low maintenance costs. Material of stainless steel AISI 304Lor 316 they keep all the features of the machines used individually.
