Customized Screw Screen
Screw screen compactor is is suitable for a fine, medium and coarse solids separation in municipal and industrial waste water pre-treatment. It is constructed in stainless steel AISI 304L or 316L, and is installed directly in canals.
We have 2 versions: with or without compactor. You can consider as a multifunction machine because it performs more operations, in addition to screen, it transports debris, wash, compact and discharge.
Screw Screen with Compactor is optimal to separate and compact solid debris in municipal and industrial wastewater.
This machine are designed to obtain the best result in a process of manufacture, the most important component is screen: it’s a metal semicircle sheet in perforated stainless steel or trapezoidal filter Wedge Wire, welded tube or stainless steel canal and clean by polyamide brushes.
